Butner Summer Festival Dance 2025

The Summer Festival Dance is always held the Friday night before the Summer Festival. The dance is held from 7:00 – 10:00 pm, and in 2022 the location was changed to the area in front of the Solders Memorial Sports Arena in Butner. In case of rain, it can be moved inside the arena.

About the event
In the earlier years, the dance was referred to as the “Street Dance” by locals since it was held in a local grocery store parking lot. To have a closer tie with the Saturday festival, the name was changed to the Butner Summer Festival Dance, and it is always the Friday night before the festival..
